The Garmin G3X systeem offers the very latest in electronics glass cockpit capabilities for kit planes and Light Sport Aircraft. The modular architecture allows for configurations with one, two, three or four displays. The Garmin G3X system integrates flight instruments, navigation, terrain, traffic, weather and engine instruments.
There are three touchscreen displays to choose from: a GDU450 (7" landscape), GDU460 (10" landscape) and GDU 470 (7" portrait). The remote mount GMU 11 magnetometer, GSU 25 ADAHRS and GEA24 Engine & Airframe interface which collect data from their sensors (air data, attitude, engine sensors, etc...).
The modular architecture of the G3X brings with it an unprecedented flexibility for expansion with interfaces to other systems and equipment, such as:

GARMIN G500TXi™

Glass panel for retrofit in certified aircraft


 

The Garmin G500TXi™ is the successor of the Garmin G500, and is an integrated system for retrofit in single and twin engine aircraft. The modular architecture allows a G500TXi™ system to be configured with one, two, three or four displays. The Garmin G500TXi™ integrates flight instruments and can be expanded with a Multi-Function Dispay for display of navigation, terrain, traffic, weather, engine instruments, etc...
There are three touchscreen displays to choose from: a GDU1060 (10" landscape), GDU700P (7" portrait) and a GDU700L (7" landscape). A remote mount GMU44 magnetometer and GSU75 ADAHRS provide the displays with data from internal sensors (air data, attitude, etc...). Position and navigation data is provided by one or two  IFR navigators (Garmin GNS or GTN) with WAAS GPS receiver.
Garmin SVT (Synthetic Vision technology), optional on G500TXi™, provides a “virtual reality” perspective view of ground and water features, obstacles and traffic.
The Garmin G500TXi™ offers unprecedented flexibility and can be configured for interfaces with other systems and equipment in the aircraft, such as:
           ●  Garmin GNC255A nav/com
           ●  Garmin GTN750/GTN650 IFR GPS/nav/com
           ●  Garmin GTX transponders (Mode S & ADS-B)
           ●  Bendix/King KR87 ADF and KN62A/KN63 DME (though GAD43e)
